Academic Visits & Exchange
Our delegation visited several renowned institutions, including:
University of California, Riverside – Part of one of the most prestigious public university systems in the world.
Orange County Community College (OCC) – Reconnecting with long-time collaborators and warmly welcomed by Vice President Madjid Niroumand.
Laguna College of Art and Design (LCAD) – A deep dive into advanced art education in fields such as animation, game art, illustration, and design.
These academic visits sparked rich discussions and provided fresh ideas for curriculum and instructional development at NIVA.
Cultural Enrichment
The group explored the artistic heart of Laguna Beach, strolled its scenic shores, visited galleries, met local artists, and enjoyed a stunning live performance of the Pageant of the Masters.
We also returned to The Broad Museum in Los Angeles to immerse ourselves once again in the vibrancy of contemporary art.
A Musical Tribute
In a moving tribute to the 80th anniversary of the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War and the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, we attended the Yellow River Cantata Grand Concert at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Our teachers had the honorof meeting distinguished participants, including:

A Special Day in Temecula Valley
The trip concluded with a meaningful visit to Temecula Valley, where our faculty toured the vineyard personally cultivated by our dean. With grapes in season, it was a special moment to harvest and enjoy the fruits of care and dedication—echoing the spirit of education itself.
This journey was more than just a tour—it was a transformative experience. Our teachers return to NIVA not only with academic insights but also with renewed energy and global vision to enrich our classrooms and leadership.
